Through sustainable design efforts, we aim to reduce the harmful impacts a building has on its social and environmental surroundings. This includes consciously accounting for the materials, energy, and space used, to improve a building's function as a safe and operational setting for its occupants and neighboring residents.
Our completed certified projects include San Juan Bautista's Enza Zaden building and Hollister's Gateway Palms affordable housing.
• Enza Zaden is a LEED certified 9,600 sq. ft. research and development building.
• Gateway Palms is a Build It Green certified 32-unit apartment complex.
• Currently seeking LEED certification is the Overlook at Paicines Ranch project consisting of a commercial kitchen and event space.
